Support RIT
RIT has run lean out of necessity, not choice. One person covering all costs personally while building everything is not sustainable — it's survival mode. To grow into the organization this mission requires, RIT needs to pay contributors, hire legal counsel, cover event costs, and maintain real infrastructure. Your donation goes further here than at most nonprofits because there's no overhead bureaucracy — but going further is not the same as not needed. We need financial support to survive and scale.
What Your Donation Funds
Your support directly funds: paying contributors for their work, legal filings and IP protection, convention booth fees and travel, development tools and compute resources, community event costs, hardware for IoT prototyping, and the infrastructure that keeps everything running and publicly accessible.
Tax-Deductible Giving
Rhoades Institute of Technology is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donation receipts are provided via Stripe.
